My Top 5 Favorite BBW Fall Candle Scents – aspenofmars

I burn candles like a maniac… Hmmmm.

Every year, Bath and Body Works comes out with a new collection of scents for the fall, being their most talked about products of the year. I personally think that there are too many pumpkin-scented candles for my taste, although there are quite a few, other scents that I couldn’t be without.

Bath and Body Works does not have the best candles, but they do have a huge array of scents. If you are looking to pick up some of their 3 wick candles, please wait until they go on offer. They are not worth $22.50 a piece, and will go on a seasonal sale every few weeks for 2 for $22, which is much more affordable:)

Without further ado, here are my top five favorite Bath and Body Work candle scents!

1
Wild Madagascar Vanilla, Bath and Body Works

1. Wild Madagascar Vanilla, 3-wick candle, $22.50

Although I do not find the color of this candle particularly pleasing, the scent makes up for its unattractive appearance. If you’ve ever had the Madagascar Vanilla Almond KIND bar, the flavor of the snack matches the scent of this candle. The notes are described as vanilla, jasmine, plush gardenia and caramel musk.

2
Warm Vanilla Sugar, Bath and Body Works

2. Warm Vanilla Sugar, 3-wick candle, $22.50

I have distinct memories of having this candle burning on rainy, Autumn evenings when I was younger, and although this candle isn’t new by any means, this one burns better than some of my previous BBW candles. Its very sweet and comforting scent is described as an ‘addictive swirl of creamy vanilla and sparkling sugar’.

3
Sweater Weather, Bath and Body Works

3. Sweater Weather, 3-wick candle, $22.50

Sweater Weather may be one of my favorite songs by The Neighbourhood, but it is also one of my favorite BBW candles. I like anything with a tinge of mint to it, and the even blend of eucalyptus, juniper berries and sage, formulates what a perfect, crisp fall day smells like:)

5
Pumpkin Cupcake, Bath and Body Works

4. Pumpkin Cupcake, 3-wick candle, $22.50

I normally can’t stand anything influenced by pumpkin, but I surprisingly like the scent of this candle. The scent of this candle is like a vanilla cupcake with pumpkin frosting, although it is formally described as ‘a freshly baked Pumpkin cupcake smothered in rich buttercream frosting’. It’s fall, so at least one pumpkin item is necessary lol.

4
Leaves, Bath and Body Works

5. Leaves, 3-wick candle, $22.50

This cult-classic candle seems to have been talked about by every youtuber and blogger within the past five years, but this is my first year to burn it. This blend of a fruity nectar, apples and red berries reminds me of what a warm, autumn evening smells like, when you’re all wrapped up in a blanket in front of a burning fire.

I hope you’ve enjoyed tonight’s post, and don’t forget to like, comment, and follow!

Love you lots xoxo

  1. I was just there and picked up a couple candles as well! Normally I avoid B&BW like the plague because I used to work there and really hated it but they do have good products and I was bored. I picked up Autumn Fall, Marshmallow Fireside, and Spiced Pumpkin Cider. I was originally looking for Autumn but they were out so I grabbed Autumn Fall and it turned out to be my favorite of the bunch. My boyfriend hates the Pumpkin candle, says it smells like rotten tomato sauce LOL. To be honest I don’t know why I even grabbed it. I don’t like pumpkin anything but I guess I just wanted to give it a chance?

  2. So jealous! I’ve been trying to find wats of getting bath and body works for years but it’s practically impossible in the UK!! 😥 they all look delicious though!!
